American University Scholarships
The AU, American University grants a limited number of generous partial merit scholarships to newly eligible international students who wish to study in undergraduate programs. No financial assistance as needed is available for international students. The merit scholarship varies from USD 6,000 to USD 25,000 per academic year (renewable subject to conditions).
Berea College Scholarships
The only school in the United States that provides 100% to 100% funding for international students enrolled for the first year of enrollment is Berea College. This combination of financial assistance and grants offsets tuition, accommodation, board, and fees. In subsequent years, students abroad are expected to save $1,000 (US) per year to help meet their expenses. The College offers summer jobs to international students so that they can fulfill this obligation.
Clark University Scholarships
Clark University offers the Clark Global Scholars Program which is available for first-year applicants and unavailable for transfer students who have studied abroad for a minimum of four years as well as international citizens studying in the United States.
A scholarship of $15,000 USD to $25,000 USD per year (for 4 years, subject to respecting academic standards for renewal) along with a guaranteed taxable allowance of $2,500USD for a paid internship or a research assistant taken for university credit during the summer following your second year or junior year is included with the grant.
Dartmouth College Scholarships
Dartmouth College meets the demonstrated requirements of all admitted undergraduates which include international students who come from other countries. Dartmouth College offers international student grants and loans, including an allowance for traveling to the United States.
East-West Center
The East-West Center Graduate Scholarship grants funding of up to two years for postgraduate (master’s or doctoral studies) to graduate students from the continents like Asia, the Pacific, as well as the United States to partake in the educational programs, residential, and leadership development in the East-West Center while pursuing graduate studies at the Hawai’i University.
Fulbright International Student Program

Wesleyan University of Illinois Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships are available to eligible international students with exceptional academic and entrance test results as part of the grant requirements. These scholarships range from $ 16,000 to $ 30,000 per twelve months and are renewable for up to 4 years. In addition, two full-time President’s International Scholarships can be granted annually to qualified international students for up to good four years.
Iowa State University International Merit Scholarships
First-year international students will be considered for a limited number of merit awards. The selection in the scholarship is highly competitive as it is based on a holistic review of ACT or SAT scores as well as high school grades/marks. The scholarships vary from $2,000 USD to $10,000 USD and they are renewable.
World Bank Joint Graduate Scholarships in Japan

University of Oregon Scholarships
Every year, Oregon University awards more than $1,000,000 USD in financial aid and grants to international undergraduate and graduate students. One of their scholarship programs is the ICSP Scholarship which grants tuition exemption scholarships ranging from partial schooling to full schooling for up to 15 credits per term every year. The scholarships are based on academic merit, financial need, and the ability to make presentations to diverse groups of people.

The Western University provides scholarships to new international students who meet high academic standards and demonstrate financial aid such as the President and Dean’s Scholarships. Fellows will not have to pay the full cost of tuition for 7.5 to 15 undergraduate units or 6 to 12 units per semester.
