The King Khalid University Postgraduate Scholarship is about to commence. The Deanship of Graduate Studies at KKU announces the opening of postgraduate programs ( fully-funded scholarship) for the two degrees of studies (Masters and Ph.D. programs).

Note that, this application is limited to those who want to apply for the non-paid King Khalid University postgraduate scholarship. The announcement of admission to the postgraduate studies programs (paid admission) in the below stages: higher diplomas, masters, and Ph.D. programs will take place in the month of Rajab of this year (1444).

Eligibility Criteria for ِِApplicants to KKU Master’s Programs
In general, the following are required for admission to masters’ studies at King Khalid University:
- The applicant must be a Saudi or on an official scholarship for graduate studies if he/she is not a Saudi Kingdom citizen
- The applicant must have obtained a university degree from any Saudi university, or any other recognized university, with proof of equivalency from the Ministry of Education attached.
- He/she must be of good conduct
- The applicant must be medically fit
- The applicant must submit two scientific recommendations from professors who previously taught him.
- Referred consent to the study if the applicant is an employee
- The applicant must pass any test or personal interview (if any), and with the grade specified by the scientific department.
- The applicant must be subject to the criteria for the selection made between applicants.
- English language test results submitted by private or non-accredited institutes are not accepted.
- The university general aptitude test is not accepted after five years from the test date.
- English language tests are not accepted after two years of TOEFL and IELTS, and three years for competencies from the date of the test.

Eligibility Criteria for ِِApplicants to KKU Doctoral Programs
In general, there are certain criteria required for admission to doctoral studies at King Khalid University. Let’s discuss these criteria. Once you are eligible, you can apply for this scholarship.
- The King Khalid University postgraduate scholarship applicant must be a Saudi or on an official scholarship for graduate studies if he/she is not a Saudi Kingdom citizen
- The applicant must have obtained a minimum of (very good) grade in Master’s degree from any Saudi university, or any other recognized university, with proof of equivalency from the Ministry of Education attached.
- He/she must be of good conduct
- The applicant must be medically fit
- The origin of the doctoral study is full-time, and the University Council may make an exception from that whenever the need arises.
- The applicant must pass any test or personal interview (if any), and with the grade specified by the scientific department.
- The applicant must submit two scientific recommendations from professors who previously taught him.
- Referred consent to the study if the King Khalid University postgraduate scholarship’s applicant is an employee
- The applicant must be subject to the criteria for the selection made between applicants.
- English language test results submitted by private or non-accredited institutes are not accepted.

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at KKU announces the opening of postgraduate programs ( fully-funded scholarship) for the two degrees of studies (Masters and Ph.D. programs).
The registration to both fully-funded scholarships at King Khalid University is scheduled to start by Allah’s willing on 06/06/2023 AD. The deadline for the application will be on 26/o6/2023 AD.
